We are **PAKMATIC** — join our team! **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders (delivery deadlines, status, pending items) * Support tracking and monitoring of purchase orders * Assist in the inbound process and verification of invoices (NF) * Support resolution of discrepancies among purchase orders, invoices (NF), and deliveries * Update internal spreadsheets and controls for the department * Support organization of procurement documents and records * Provide operational support to the procurement team **Prerequisites:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: * Business Administration * Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related fields) * Logistics * International Trade **You will stand out if you have:** * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) * Basic knowledge of administrative or procurement processes (preferred) * Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred) **Benefits:** * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Group life insurance; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket.
