




Job Summary: Procurement Assistant responsible for requesting and comparing quotations, issuing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining updated supplier registrations and inventory levels, supporting negotiations, and resolving issues. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI Procurement Assistant Completed high school education; prior experience in this role; assist in requesting and comparing quotations with suppliers; issue purchase orders and track delivery deadlines; maintain updated supplier and product registrations; monitor inventory levels and suggest restocking as needed; support price, delivery timeline, and commercial terms negotiations; verify and validate fiscal documents and received orders; assist in resolving procurement-related issues such as delays or discrepancies; maintain organized and up-to-date procurement process records; collaborate with other departments to ensure an efficient supply flow. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and Power BI proficiency required. Salary: R$ 2.300,00 + food allowance, life insurance, food allowance, life insurance, provided lunch and coffee with no discount, and transportation voucher.
