Job Summary: Perform pallet maintenance and restoration to ensure proper usability and preservation of company assets. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for pallet maintenance and repair to ensure quality and safety 2. Performs pallet selection and classification for reuse or disposal 3. Supports operational control and sector organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Daily working hours of 08h48min, subject to change based on agreed shift. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** * Perform pallet maintenance and restoration activities, ensuring they are in suitable condition for use, thereby preserving the Company's asset resources. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct pallet maintenance, including repairs, component replacement, and reinforcement, ensuring quality and safety. * Select and classify pallets, directing them for repair, reuse, or disposal according to their condition. * Operate tools and support operational control by recording quantities, monitoring loading/unloading operations, and adhering to safety regulations. * Maintain sector organization and communication, ensuring cleanliness, reporting needs or failures, and supporting operational routines. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed Elementary School. **Desirable:** Courses in Wooden Pallet Assembly and Maintenance. **Certifications/Courses:** Driver's License AB (Not mandatory) **Previous Experience:** Pallet Assembler or Pallet Maintenance Operator. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Basic food basket, On-site meal, Life insurance
