Job Summary: We are seeking a Packager to work in the Production department, responsible for sorting, packaging, and organizing products, as well as assisting with inventory counting and loading/unloading. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for sorting and packaging products according to size, quality, and destination 2. Assisting in inventory counting and organizing products for shipment 3. As a **Packager**, your responsibilities will include: * Sorting and packaging products according to size, quality, and destination * Using appropriate packaging materials * Assisting with inventory counting * Helping with truck loading and unloading * Keeping the workplace clean and organized, following hygiene and food safety regulations * Organizing packaged products on pallets or designated areas for shipment * Supporting the checker in verifying product quantity and quality * Reporting damaged or missing items **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon). Requirements: * Elementary or high school education * Experience working on a production line * Skill in carefully handling perishable products * Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) for commuting to the company * Availability to work overnight shifts, starting at 3:00 AM Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Daily meal voucher: R$20.00 * Monthly food allowance: R$190.00 * Performance-based bonus
