The professional will be responsible for ensuring that all food-related practices at the restaurant comply with food safety regulations and nutrition best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and control the nutritional quality of dishes and ingredients used in the restaurant. * Ensure food handling processes meet sanitary standards. * Conduct training and guidance on nutrition best practices and food safety for the kitchen team. * Monitor adherence to dish technical specifications, ensuring quality standards and nutritional composition. * Oversee food inventory, ensuring product validity and proper storage. * Conduct periodic audits and reports on nutritional and sanitary quality within the facility. * Support management teams in controlling and implementing continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Nutrition. * Prior experience in restaurants or food service establishments is a plus. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and good food handling practices. * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary. * Transportation allowance. * Meals provided on-site. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
