




**Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics operations, ensuring delivery deadlines and quality. * Supervise route planning, trip scheduling, dispatching, cargo monitoring, and cargo verification. * Monitor trips in real time and resolve operational issues. * Manage operational teams (drivers, verifiers, supervisors, assistants, etc.), assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Control operational KPIs: On-Time In-Full (OTIF), fleet productivity, damage rate, service level, loading/unloading times, among others. * Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements. * Integrate operations with commercial, finance, fleet, maintenance, and customer service departments. * Monitor operational costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability. * Supervise drivers’ working hours in compliance with current legislation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance scheduling. * Manage operational risks, preventing accidents, thefts, and non-conformities. * Supervise physical inventories and in-transit stock control. * Prepare management reports with performance analyses and action plans. * Promote a continuous improvement culture and team training. * Ensure equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and workplace organization. * Perform other related duties as requested. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Transportation Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
