This network of operations aims to position us as Brazil’s leading private healthcare provider network. \#vemparaobaiasulhospital \#vemserhospitalcare \#vemparahospitalcare \#grupobaiasulhospitalcare **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for building facilities and equipment; * Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and other infrastructure-related routine tasks; * Assist in opening, monitoring, and closing service orders; * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs; * Manage tools, materials, and maintenance supplies inventory; * Support oversight of third-party companies and service providers; * Complete technical reports, checklists, and maintenance records; * Assist in organizing workshops and technical areas; * Comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Contribute to the continuous and safe operation of institutional activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in progress or completed in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Building Construction, or related fields (desirable); * Prior experience in building, hospital, industrial, or facilities maintenance will be considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance; * Familiarity with reading service orders and completing reports; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with ticketing/maintenance management systems (desirable); * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate well; * Organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring service quality. **Additional Information** ***The Baía Sul / Hospital Care Group prioritizes your quality of life, and therefore offers special benefits designed with you in mind:*** * Meal Allowance — Pluxee Multibenefits Card (Sodexo), flexible for meal use; * Transportation Allowance or Parking (subject to company policy); * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan (Amil Dental), extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Profit-Sharing Program (subject to company policy); * Study Grant for courses; * Training platform.
