A fundamental understanding of goods verification and identification, reading and interpreting invoices, waybills, and transportation documents, basic knowledge of shipping systems, ERP, or data collectors, as well as proficiency in safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is essential. Knowledge of cargo lashing and stowage techniques, as well as familiarity with inventory and stock control, is desirable. The professional will be responsible for checking goods during the shipping process, verifying quantity, description, integrity, labels, and destination of packages; checking documentation; and monitoring vehicle loading procedures. They must also identify discrepancies, damages, or missing items; issue, verify, and organize cargo waybills; confirm correct lashing, stowage, and positioning of cargo; manage inbound and outbound goods at the shipping area while maintaining updated records; support inventory processes; and operate pallet jacks and barcode scanners in daily operations. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
