Responsibility for ensuring customer information and approvals **We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with customer service experience to monitor and organize post-production processes for inflatable products. The professional will be responsible for confirming all information and approvals with the customer prior to merchandise release. Additionally, they will handle transportation organization and carrier requests for product shipment, maintaining clear and accurate communication with customers and suppliers.** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Monitor ready-to-ship inflatables, organizing the sending of approval emails to customers for delivery information verification. * Ensure address and voltage information are correct before merchandise release. * Organize and request transportation services from carriers (RVB does not own its own carrier). * Maintain control over service orders (SO) and documents related to merchandise shipment. * Support the sales and logistics teams, always ensuring information accuracy and organization. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Customer service experience. * Basic Excel knowledge. * Experience with CRM systems (we use PipeDrive). * Familiarity with Conta Azul system for finance. * Strong communication skills and proactivity when dealing with customers and carriers. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: * CLT employment contract — Monday to Friday; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break; * Location: São Paulo/SP — in-person work (600 meters from Vila Matilde Metro Station); * Initial Salary Range: R$ 2,300.00 * Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + Shopping Allowance + Gympass.
