Job Summary: This professional will assist in the loading, unloading, and organization of fruits and vegetables, ensuring product quality and workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with loading and unloading of fruits and vegetables 2. Visual quality inspection and organization of goods (FIFO) 3. Support in operational logistics activities **Responsibilities** · Assist in loading and unloading fruits and vegetables onto trucks; · Conduct visual inspection of products during loading and unloading to verify quality and integrity; · Organize goods in the warehouse or storage area following rotation guidelines (FIFO); · Pick orders according to dispatch requirements; · Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace; · Support other operational logistics activities as needed. **Desirable Knowledge** · Agility, proactivity, and attention to detail; · Ability to work well in a team; · Residing near the company’s location is an advantage. **Specific Requirements** · Availability for physically demanding work (lifting heavy loads and constant movement); · Prior experience in loading and unloading—especially with food or perishable goods—is desirable but not mandatory; **Desired DISC Profile** · (D) Determined and enjoys challenges · (S) Empathetic and collaborative Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.880,24 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
