Job Summary: Responsible for sorting, cleaning, ironing, and packaging garments, as well as providing customer service, ensuring quality and satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Perform **sorting** of garments: identify fabric types and specific requirements (stains, agents to be removed, washing instructions) * Clean garments according to company procedures, using appropriate products and equipment * Ironing: carefully iron garments following quality standards and finishing requirements * Final processing and packaging of cleaned and ironed garments, ensuring proper presentation for delivery or pickup * Customer service: receive and verify garments, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Requirements: * Completed elementary education or equivalent * Ability to work in a team, interact well with colleagues, and follow instructions * Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented * Prior experience in laundry or similar services is desirable Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in industrial or high-volume laundry operations * Knowledge of specialized cleaning products for delicate fabrics * Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
