We value excellent customer service, organization, teamwork, and a respectful work environment. **About the position** We are seeking a professional to manage the store team and daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, store organization, and achievement of business results. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Coordinate and lead the store team * Monitor goals, results, and team performance * Ensure store organization and proper product display * Guarantee high-quality customer service * Support inventory control, restocking, and merchandise verification * Assist in training and guiding team members * Resolve operational issues and customer-related situations **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * Availability for overtime when necessary **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:04 AM to 7:10 PM; Saturdays from 10:50 AM to 6:10 PM * Transportation allowance * Breakfast and lunch provided at the company * Health insurance plan (optional, fully paid by the employee) * On-site dental clinic available At Masipack, we believe innovation begins with people passionate about what they do.
