The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production process throughout the entire manufacturing cycle of our products—from initial preparation to final packaging—including: Assisting in the preparation of various types of doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and diverse fillings. Molding and assembling savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibe, empadas, cheese bread). Executing the frying or baking process for savory snacks. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, utensils, and equipment, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting with inventory organization and control of raw materials and finished products. Packaging and preparing ready-to-sell savory snacks. Previous experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen operations.
