**Requirements**: \- Education: Completed Elementary School; \- Experience: Proven experience in the role. **Responsibilities**: \- Participate in food pre\-preparation and preparation, following health and hygiene standards established by Sanitary Surveillance; \- Comply with the food handling good practices manual; \- Prepare and assemble meals for patients according to the dietary manual; \- Set up buffets for the Medical Comfort Area and Staff Cafeteria; \- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment; \- Correctly identify opened food items and products; \- Organize refrigerators and cold rooms. **Additional Information:** \- Work location: Hospital Vila Nova Star \- Vila Nova Conceição \- South Zone \- SP; \- Work schedule: 6x1 rotating shifts from 06:00 to 14:20, 13:00 to 21:20, or 14:00 to 22:20; \- Availability for training.
