You will serve as the right-hand person to our chefs, ensuring ingredients are prepared and the workspace remains immaculate. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Pre\-preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and grating food items (vegetables, meats, seasonings). * **Organization:** Assisting in plating and organizing inventory/pantry stock. * **Cleaning:** Maintaining hygiene of utensils, equipment, and work areas according to Sanitary Surveillance regulations. * **Support:** Assisting chefs during service. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in professional kitchens (restaurants, snack bars, or hotels) is a plus. * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Flexible availability (5x2 rotating schedule). **Desired Profile:** * Agility and proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure (peak hours). * Attention to cleanliness and detail. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with industry standards. * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance. * On\-site meals.
