Food organization and control, assisting with inventory management **Selection Process for Reserve Pool.** **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** * Position: Temporary; * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break). * Schedule: 5x2 – (Monday to Friday) * Work location: Vila Gerasul neighborhood, Itá \- SC. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for: * Performing support activities in the preparation, handling, and distribution of school meals, strictly adhering to hygiene, food safety, and health regulations; * Conducting hygienization of food items, utensils, equipment, and kitchen facilities; \- Assisting in meal preparation according to the menu established by the responsible nutritionist; * Organizing, controlling, and preserving food items, as well as assisting with receipt, storage, and inventory control; * Serving meals at scheduled times, maintaining workplace cleanliness and order, and performing other related duties compatible with the position, as directed by immediate supervision and institutional guidelines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed elementary education; * Relevant work experience. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Salary: R$ 1\.688,68; * Attendance bonus: 7% (R$ 116,80\); * Meal allowance: R$ 33.00 per working day; * Transportation voucher: 6% deduction (if used); * Life insurance.
