Focus on good practices and food handling **ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:** * Assist chefs in general kitchen activities (lunch, dinner, snacks, juices, desserts); * Check expiration dates and label ingredients; * Pre\-preparation and portioning of raw food; * Participate in the sector's sanitation schedule; * Perform *mise\-en\-place*; * Clean countertops and equipment; * Prepare side dishes and appetizers; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 1\.575,00 (formal employment contract) * Bonus: R$ 170,00 * Variable commission * Meal allowance (after probation period): R$ 231,00 * On\-site meals * 30% coverage for health and dental plans * Scheduled day off during birthday month * Psychological on\-call support **WORK SCHEDULE:** 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM – Rotating 6x1 schedule (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in the role * Knowledge of Good Practices and Food Handling * Responsibility, proactivity, and commitment * Availability to work flexible hours.
