Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare food, organize the kitchen, manage supplies, and comply with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. The pizzeria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Itatinga (Center). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing food items such as sauces, fillings, and pizza ingredients. Clean, cut, and organize ingredients according to kitchen standards. Support pizza assembly and finalization, as well as other menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Stock the production area with required supplies. Monitor food expiration dates and ensure proper storage. Assist in restocking materials and organizing inventory. Follow hygiene, food safety, and proper food handling practices. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
