Direct contribution to food quality and safety **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support kitchen activities during the night/early-morning shift, ensuring organization, hygiene, pre-preparation, and production support, thereby contributing to food quality, food safety, and operational efficiency of the hotel. Responsibilities: Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning) as directed by the kitchen team. Organize and restock supplies, cold rooms, and storage areas. Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas, following food safety standards. Support early setup of breakfast and other operational requirements of the shift. Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain a clean, organized environment throughout the shift. Comply with hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Availability to work from 11:00 PM to 6:42 AM. Previous experience in kitchens, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. **Desired Requirements:** -------------------------- Agility and organizational skills.
