Inventory and Movement Control** * Record medication and material entries and exits in the system (e.g., TASY, spreadsheets, or other ERP). * Cross-check invoices with purchase orders and received items. * Support expiration date, batch, and traceability control. * Assist in periodic inventories (cyclic and general). ### **2\. Receiving Support** * Physical and documentary verification of medications. * Verification of compliance with good practices (integrity, temperature, packaging). * Documentation of non-conformities and communication to the responsible party. ### **3\. Organization and Storage** * Ensure inventory organization according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out). * Accurate labeling of shelves, bins, and location addresses. * Support maintenance of appropriate conditions (temperature, cleanliness, segregation). ### **4\. Document Control** * Filing of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving records. * Updating spreadsheets and forms (checklists, internal controls). * Support during audits (ONA, health surveillance). ### **5\. Internal Request Support** * Picking and verification of orders from clinical units. * Support dispensing according to requisitions. * Pending item and return tracking. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Mandatory Requirement:** Completed high school education; * **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite and administrative routines. * **Desired:** Organization and attention to detail (especially batch/expiration dates). Basic computer skills (Excel and systems). Operational discipline and sense of responsibility.
