We are seeking an IT Consultant with a highly technical and consultative profile, capable of defining complex solutions, leading architectural decisions, and aligning technology with business needs. This professional will be responsible for end-to-end delivery—from understanding requirements to solution implementation—across integrated ecosystems, multiple platforms, and mission-critical environments. Strong expertise is expected in integrations, distributed architecture, CRM, OSS/BSS, and modern backend development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference for defining system solutions and architectures. * Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technological solutions. * Provide technical leadership for initiatives involving Backend (Java / Spring Boot), Salesforce (Sales, Service, OmniStudio, etc.), Oracle OSM, and the OSS/BSS ecosystem. * Define integration standards between systems (APIs, messaging, events). * Assess technical impacts, risks, and feasibility of proposed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in system architecture and development. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. * Experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, integrations, modeling). * Experience with Oracle OSM and service orchestration. * Advanced knowledge of integrations: REST/SOAP APIs; Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar); Middleware / API Gateway. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Technical certifications (Salesforce, Oracle, Cloud, Architecture) are a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Allowance * Daycare Assistance * Flexible Working Hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) **THE FUTURE BEGINS HERE — AND WE’LL BUILD IT TOGETHER WITH YOU** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **We are V.tal, a company founded with the purpose of enabling digital connection and transforming people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the world’s most digitally advanced nations by promoting digital inclusion, accelerating new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
