Job Summary: An inventory professional responsible for organizing, verifying, controlling, and managing the flow of goods, as well as assisting with in-store customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Full inventory management, including organization, verification, and control. 2. Responsibility for product handling and damage prevention. 3. Handling invoice entry, quotations, and sales reports. **Completed High School Education. Must reside in Taubaté.** **Prior experience in commercial roles is desirable. Inventory experience required.** · Pack and/or unpack products and organize them optimally in the warehouse to facilitate item movement and regular inspection, thereby preventing damage caused by improper handling—responsibility for such damage lies with the person performing the handling; · Determine average product turnover rates to avoid unnecessary new purchases, preventing the finance department from incurring avoidable costs; · Label and package products; · Verify incoming and outgoing goods, including loading and unloading; · Maintain up-to-date inventory control records—including storage, receipt, and dispatch—in the inventory management system; · Separate damaged items or items designated for supplier return/exchange; · Enter invoices, quotations, and over-the-counter sales into the system; · Generate reports on best-selling and slow-moving products; · Assist store operators upon request; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$2.153,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
