Responsibilities: * **Incoming inspection:** Verify that received products match the invoice, purchase order, and other documentation, checking quantities, codes, expiration dates, weight, and physical condition. * **Outgoing inspection:** Ensure that products to be shipped comply with sales orders and transportation documents. * **Organization and storage:** Arrange products in inventory according to criteria such as type, batch, expiration date, and turnover rate, maintaining an organized environment to facilitate location and handling. * **Recording and control:** Record product inflows and outflows in inventory management systems, keeping data accurate and up to date. * **Discrepancy identification:** Report and document any discrepancies between received and expected items—such as shortages, overages, or damages—to enable appropriate corrective actions. * **Packaging and labeling:** Prepare products for shipment by applying proper packaging and correct labeling. * **Cargo monitoring:** Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring product safety and integrity.
