Job Summary: Internal Sales Representative for direct and online customer service and sales, inventory and shelf organization, and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support via email and service orders ### **Position** Internal Sales Representative ### **Salary R$ 1\.621,00\+ 2% commission on sales Working hours: net income above R$ 2\.800** ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM with two-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM **Description of responsibilities the professional will perform** Direct counter sales; customer service and sales via the company's WhatsApp during business hours; customer service and sales via the company's Instagram Direct during business hours (rotated among other sales representatives); storing merchandise in inventory; maintaining a clean and organized workstation; issuing service orders for equipment repairs; receiving and replying to customer emails with quotations; requesting invoices and payment slips from the administrative department when necessary; strong Portuguese language skills required to respond to quotation emails politely and promptly; courteous and attentive service to both in-person and online customers; assisting in space maintenance by organizing merchandise and shelves when needed. **Requirements** Experience in counter sales; experience in electronics sales is preferred, but experience in sales at high-volume companies is sufficient Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
