We encourage people from all social backgrounds to join our community, so that—even amid vastly different origins and realities—we can nurture our shared aspiration to dream big and evolve into better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Support the management of import and export processes. * Use specialized foreign trade systems and websites. * Provide support for special regimes and operations. * Control and archive documents and financial records. * Issue and organize import/export documentation. * Communicate with internal departments and external partners (clients, customs brokers, freight carriers). * Efficiently respond to requests and resolve issues. * Record expenses in corporate systems. * Create spreadsheets (Excel), dashboards (Power BI), and apply AI (Copilot). * Prepare managerial reports. * Develop competencies such as focus, agility, and initiative. * Continuous learning in SAP, CE, Excel, and departmental routines. * Perform other tasks as directed by leadership. **Minimum Requirements** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in fields related to International Trade, such as International Business, International Relations, Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Trade Management, or Global Supply Chain.
