Job Summary: Assist in the production process, performing product inspection, loading, packaging, and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to workplace organization and maintenance of cleanliness MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production process, following instructions and established guidelines. Inspect products and materials to ensure quality. Perform loading and unloading of goods, maintaining proper control. Carry out packaging, sorting, and assembly of parts as required. Contribute to workplace organization and maintenance of cleanliness and order. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: · Basic knowledge of hand tools; · Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics; · Basic knowledge of equipment assembly; BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: · Proactivity and willingness to learn and adapt. · Organization and attention to detail. · Communication skills and ability to work in a team. · Ability to manage time effectively. · Emotional balance and ability to handle dynamic demands.
