Description

Assist the pharmacy team with routine tasks and gain experience in hospital pharmacy. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ability to manage time and set priorities; * Filter information and direct it toward appropriate solutions for each case; * Monitor storage of medical supplies and medications; * Monitor and perform routines for control and storage of controlled drugs according to Ordinance No. 344/98; * Monitor and perform medication compounding routines at the central mixing unit; * Monitor and perform activities related to pharmacotherapeutic evaluation; * Monitor and perform activities related to patient discharge counseling; * Monitor and perform pharmacovigilance routines; * Monitor and perform drug–nutrient interaction routines; * Monitor and perform drug–drug interaction routines; * Monitor and perform dispensing and storage routines for medications and hospital medical supplies; * Store and subdivide medications; * Store and subdivide hospital medical supplies; * Dispense hospital medical supplies and medications via the supply system; * Verify dispensed medications; * Deliver hospital medical supplies and medications to inpatient clinics, outpatient clinics, and emergency departments; * Prepare unit-dose medications; * Prepare 24-hour patient supplies; * Organize the work environment; * Engage in continuing education; * Read and become familiar with the unit’s manual. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy program; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional information** From 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility — respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
