Job Summary: Coordinate the order flow from preparation to delivery, ensuring agility, accuracy, and quality in delivery logistics, as well as managing cash register routines and operational communication. Job Objective: \*Ensure organization and efficiency of the order flow, from preparation to customer delivery, guaranteeing agility, accuracy, and quality in the logistics process. \*The professional will be responsible for coordinating order dispatch, performing correct packaging, directing deliveries to motorcycle couriers, monitoring routes and service calls via system, and executing cash register opening and closing routines, contributing to excellence in delivery service and operations. \*\*Main Responsibilities and Activities\*\* \*Organize and control the order dispatch flow, ensuring agility and order in the process. \*Verify orders before shipment, ensuring they are complete and accurate. \*Perform appropriate packaging of orders, preserving product quality and presentation. \*Direct and distribute orders to motorcycle couriers according to demand and priority. \*Monitor delivery routes and the status of ongoing orders via system. \*Dispatch motorcycle couriers as needed, ensuring delivery deadlines are met. \*Monitor service calls and incidents in the system, acting promptly to resolve issues. \*Maintain constant communication with kitchen/production and delivery teams to align operations. \*Perform cash register opening and closing, ensuring accurate reconciliation of amounts. \*Record and organize order, delivery, and transaction information in the system. \*Support workplace organization, maintaining a clean and functional work area. \*Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, suggesting adjustments when necessary.
