. **Responsibilities and assignments** * Diagnose data sources, mapping structure, quality, availability, and integration opportunities; * Gather and define requirements for integration, transformation, and consolidation of data from different systems; * Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to support analytical processes; * Write SQL queries for data extraction, processing, and transformation; * Structure and model datasets for analytical consumption and KPI generation; * Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau; * Use Databricks for data processing and preparation; * Support the development and evolution of analytical solutions and MVPs aimed at generating insights; * Collaborate with business areas to understand needs, translate requirements, and support data-driven decision-making; * Contribute to defining and disseminating best practices for data modeling, organization, and governance; * Identify opportunities to improve data quality, standardization, and process efficiency. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience as a Data Analyst; * Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data; * Experience with Databricks; * Experience with Tableau for dashboard and visualization creation; * Knowledge of data modeling and data model management; * Experience with data integration, transformation, and consolidation (ETL/ELT); * Experience building and maintaining data pipelines; * Experience working with diverse data sources, both structured and unstructured; * Analytical ability to interpret data and generate business insights; * Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; * Preferred: experience with data originating from multiple countries, encompassing varying standards, systems, and business rules.
