




**Job Summary:** Responsible for preparing meals, home-style dishes, and side dishes served at the bakery, ensuring flavor, quality, and kitchen organization. Does not handle bread or pastry production. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare daily meals (hot dishes, soups, meats, side dishes, stews, omelets, hot snacks, and other foods offered by the bakery). * Perform pre-preparation tasks, including cutting, seasoning, and organizing ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, countertops, utensils, and equipment. * Store food properly, respecting expiration dates and hygiene standards. * Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. * Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of dishes. **Requirements:** * Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant. * Knowledge of preparing home-style dishes and hot kitchen operations. * Organization, agility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
