Responsibilities: * Prepare food items in general, ensuring the quality and taste of each dish prepared. * Know and apply cutting techniques for various foods, aiming for visual standardization and meal quality. * Perform pre\-preparation and preparation activities, following company techniques and standards. * Coordinate team work in the kitchen, guiding and supporting kitchen assistants. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to food safety regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants or food industry companies. * Knowledge of cutting techniques for meats, poultry, fish, and other foods. * Ability to work collaboratively, coordinating and guiding kitchen assistants. * Understanding of food safety regulations, including food handling and personal hygiene. * Flexible working hours, including availability to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
