Organize and sanitize the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Monitor ingredient usage to prevent waste. Assist in production planning according to demand. Collaborate with pizzaiolos and other team members to ensure efficient customer service. Adhere to hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
