We are continuously growing and seeking exceptional individuals eager to learn, grow, and build alongside us. **PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS BELOW:** **Job Requirements:** \- Completed High School education; currently pursuing higher education; \- Computer literacy; \- Basic knowledge of NRs 10, 12, 18, and 35\. \- A driver’s license (Class A or B) and familiarity with construction machinery and equipment, as well as local area knowledge, will be considered advantageous. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct helpers and drivers. * Direct and carry out the following activities: Equipment and material inspection, receipt, storage, and organization within the yard. * Maintain an updated inventory/stock count, ensuring all items are correctly identified and located. * Plan yard layout to optimize space and facilitate equipment pickup and return logistics. * Conduct equipment entry and exit inspections for clients and construction sites. * Ensure equipment is delivered on time, in good condition, and complete. * Coordinate and interface with the sales and maintenance teams regarding priorities for preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Implement, direct, and enforce safety standards within the yard to prevent accidents involving staff from various departments and avoid damage to equipment. * Perform regular inspections of the yard and equipment. * Verify documentation for equipment delivery and return. * Record maintenance incidents, damages, or losses. * Serve as the primary contact point between the yard, the sales team, and clients. * Report operational issues or delays to management. * Propose improvements to yard operations. **What We Offer:** \- Market-based base salary; \- Meal allowance; \- Transportation allowance; \- Birthday Day Off; Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
