Job Summary: The Rodonaves Group is seeking a professional to verify and handle cargo, ensure the integrity of documentation and goods, and coordinate vehicle loading and unloading activities. With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations nationwide, creating diverse logistics solutions through the six companies comprising our Group—positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Verify loads during vehicle loading and/or unloading by grouping according to DANFE, CTE, labels, manually and/or via data collector entries, in compliance with POP (Standard Operating Procedure); * Verify quantity of packages and cargo integrity from receipt through loading; * Verify documentation (transport documents and invoices) against cargo identification labels; * Assess, identify, and label goods; * Ensure vehicle loading and authorize issuance of the transport manifest; * Receive reports of incidents from the previous day—including document or cargo shortages or losses—identify root causes, and seek guidance for appropriate corrective actions; * Locate goods and assess conditions of cargo arriving from other locations that do not meet established packaging standards; * Guide Transport Assistants and Transport Associates in loading, unloading, and cargo stowage within vehicles; * Assume responsibility for validating and releasing vehicles upon completion of loading; * Ensure cargo connections align with planning; * Adhere to scheduled vehicle departure times; * Scan cargo using data collectors during vehicle loading and/or unloading; * Handle cargo movement and stowage during loading and unloading; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Computer literacy; * Proficiency in Excel; **Work Schedule:** * Second shift: 2:00 PM to 10:52 PM (Monday to Friday; Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM) **Additional Information** * xxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxxxxxxxx * xxxxxxxx Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
