We are seeking a **Commercial Analyst** to join our team! We are looking for an organized, communicative individual with strong cross-departmental coordination skills, who enjoys handling multiple demands and focuses on ensuring an agile and efficient experience for our customers.
**? Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor the order portfolio daily, ensuring constant status updates.
* Keep customers and the sales team informed about production progress, deadlines, and deliveries.
* Act as the liaison between Sales, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Logistics, and Production departments, ensuring operational fluidity.
* Monitor lead times, scheduling, and delivery forecasts, anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
* Support the management of critical orders and priority requests from the sales team.
* Track finished goods and graphic materials inventory levels.
* Record and update information in ERP and other internal systems.
* Assist in addressing incidents and resolving issues with customers.
* Ensure clear, agile, and accurate communication among all involved departments.

**? Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* Prior experience in customer service, after-sales, call centers (SAC), or administrative routines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
* Collaborative mindset, proactivity, and strong sense of priority.
