Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative operator to approach customers and offer credit cards, insurance, and loans, with performance targets and training. Key Highlights: 1. Training and hands-on experience for new operators We are hiring for the Atacadão store in Mogi Mirim, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. We seek a communicative candidate, as the operator will work at Atacadão, approaching customers to offer our credit cards, insurance, and loans. The operator will have performance targets; their results will be evaluated, and they will have access to an e-learning platform and on-the-job experience designed to train and mentor new card operators. Salary: R$2\.469,00; statutory benefits including transportation allowance (6% employee contribution), on-site cafeteria, 13th salary, vacation, co-payment health plan, dental plan, and 14th salary. Additionally, exclusive job benefits include a career development plan; operators who meet their targets earn points redeemable for vouchers from partner companies (Shopee, CVC, restaurants, etc.), where each point equals R$1.00, with a maximum of 260 points per month. Operators will also receive a banking certification valid for five years, if they do not already hold one.
