




The specific duties include: * **Receiving and Inspection:** Check the quality, quantity, and temperature of meat pieces received from suppliers to ensure compliance with hygiene and procurement standards. * **Preparation and Handling:** Perform deboning, cleaning, cutting, slicing, and grinding of various types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) using appropriate tools such as knives and saws. * **Packaging and Pricing:** Package meat in trays or designated packaging (including vacuum packaging), accurately weighing and pricing products for self-service counters or direct orders. * **Customer Service:** Serve customers courteously at the counter, answering questions, recommending cuts, and preparing customized orders on the spot. * **Organization and Hygiene:** Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation of the department, counters, and work utensils, strictly adhering to health surveillance regulations. * **Inventory and Expiry Control:** Assist in inventory management, organization within cold storage rooms, and verification of expiration dates to prevent spoilage of perishable goods.
