Job Summary: Assist with butcher shop activities, including organizing products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction through optimal sales conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, restocking, and customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist with activities performed in the butcher shop, facilitate butchers' workflows, store, organize, and move products in cold storage rooms, weigh, package, restock counters, and maintain general cleanliness; ensure adequate stock levels, optimal sales conditions, and customer satisfaction. **COMPETENCIES:** Communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork are essential for this role; Food hygiene and safety; Customer service; Operation of cutting equipment; Knowledge of the food handling good practices manual. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary school (1st level)
