




**Requirements:** * **Must be over 18 years old** * **6 months of experience required.** * **Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:30.** Report for duty properly uniformed, with personal hygiene maintained—shaved, hair cut, no extravagant accessories, nails trimmed, wearing caps, boots, and PPE; * Attend morning meetings and obtain the day’s schedule from the supervisor; * Daily: clean equipment and utensils used during the work shift, preparation area and cutting table, refrigerated display cases, tiles, floor, and cold rooms. Never leave the department unclean; * Keep the cold room and shelves for utensils and preparation products always clean and organized to ensure better product control, including product labeling and monitoring of expiration dates; * Weekly: perform deep cleaning, wash walls; * Daily: check temperatures of display cases, islands, and cold rooms; * Remove products from display cases, wash them, and restock them; * Restock self-service display cases, verifying expiration dates, packaging quality, labeling, and pricing; * Adjust necessary prices and set up appropriate visual communication for promotions; * Maintain adequate quantity and quality of products on display; * Maintain hygiene standards and sector-mandated standardization; * Monitor product quantities in self-service areas and replenish as needed; * Check product quality, packaging, labeling, expiration date, batch number, temperature, and product appearance; * Re-package products when necessary; remove unsuitable or expired products from self-service display cases; * Rotate products according to FIFO (First In, First Out); * In the supervisor’s absence, assist management with inventory and sales flow; * Assist with sector inventory audits when requested; * Always provide excellent customer service; * Participate in training sessions.
