**Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- Will perform and record monitoring activities, process verification, and audits of finished product samples and expiration dates to ensure products meet all quality requirements under regular supervision. In this role, you will ensure that all products comply with all safety and regulatory policies and procedures. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Monitor and manage all corporate and site-specific food safety and security programs in accordance with the Cargill Policy Manual (CFSRA) and Global Food Safety Standards (BRC). * Understand and comply with all safety rules and regulations, and maintain a safe and clean workplace environment. * Collect finished product and expiration date samples for testing; conduct pre-operational inspections; accompany inspectors during inspections; and monitor product and process quality. * Perform and document monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits across the entire facility, including raw material audits, documentation deviations, recording corrective actions, and holding or retaining non-conforming products from various areas and processing lines. * May support the training of new Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Technicians. * Routinely enter data into the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory database with some guidance or direction. * May support supply audits to maintain inventory levels and participate in projects. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ High school diploma or equivalent; Pursuing a technical program in Quality, Industrial Processes, Chemistry, or related fields that enable registration with CRQ is considered a plus; Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
