Job Summary: This Customer Service Operator will be responsible for picking online orders, supporting the store with packing and restocking products, requiring flexibility and agility. Assis Brasil \- São João \- Porto Alegre **Requirements:** Availability and willingness to learn Must be at least 18 years old Completed high school education or currently enrolled in the final year of high school **Schedule:** Monday to Friday according to store-specified shifts, plus one Saturday every 15 days. No work on Sundays or holidays. **Compensation and Benefits** Salary R$1\.703,00 \+ Transportation allowance \+ On-site cafeteria and meals (at no cost to the employee) **Responsibilities:** Picking orders placed through the supermarket's digital platform. * Some days will be quieter while others more dynamic — routines may vary significantly, demanding flexibility and agility; * During periods with no picking tasks, your contribution will be essential in supporting the store, both in packing and product restocking; * Store leadership manages multiple fronts simultaneously; therefore, communication may occasionally come with greater urgency or intensity — this is part of the natural rhythm of a fast-paced environment; * Work will be performed standing and moving throughout the store area. * As this is an e\-commerce operation, tighter goals and deadlines apply — constant and challenging time awareness and prioritization are required.
