Support in communication among involved departments **Project Assistant – Cardboard Segment** Responsible for supporting the development and monitoring of projects related to cardboard packaging production. Will assist the project team, track requirements, organize technical information, manage deadlines, and serve as an interface among involved departments, ensuring proper project progress. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development and monitoring of cardboard packaging projects * Organize and control project documents and information * Monitor production deadlines and stages * Support communication among involved departments (sales, production, and quality) * Update spreadsheets and systems with project information * Assist in preparing progress reports and controls **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability.
