We encourage people from all social backgrounds to join our community, enabling us—even amid vastly different origins and realities—to share a common aspiration: to dream big and evolve into better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Plot projects using AutoCAD software, verifying project revision and scale; * Perform order planning and scheduling, entering positions, drawing numbers, and structural elements to prepare Service Orders and delivery notes; * Conduct inventory, organization, and maintenance of files such as drawings, incident logs, order registrations, and delivery schedules; * Export TQS files to the TID software for verification, correcting possible irregularities and releasing delivery notes; * Mark sections to facilitate analysis and planning for the planner, following customer requirements and scheduling needs; * Verify delivery notes in the TID software after planning, analyzing them to correct any irregularities and confirm compliance with customer requirements; * Clarify doubts for the production team regarding complex parts, using the project provided by the customer; * Assess the feasibility of implementing prefabricated reinforcement, according to the product and service solution offered to the customer; * Monitor the status of un-planned orders, verifying delivery deadlines and reporting to supervisors; Support less-experienced planners and resolve their questions, adhering to the company’s quality processes. * **Minimum Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work in teams and strong communication skills; Proactivity and organizational ability. * **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** The following skills are not mandatory for this position but may distinguish you during the selection process: * Technical training in Building Construction, Industrial or Mechanical Drafting, or higher education in Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, DWG, and similar tools; * Experience with data management software and ERP systems. **Benefits** ArcelorMittal is a company that believes in your potential to become better every day—for the world and for your personal goals—so we accompany you closely, caring for **your well\-being, your family, and your future:** **To support your physical and mental health:** * Platform to support your health and well\-being; * Medical and Dental Health Plan (extendable to legal dependents); * Mental health care line and “Viva Psicologia” program. **Especially for You and Your Family:** * Daycare Assistance; * Meal Allowance; * Vacation Return Bonus. **For Your Future:** Private Pension Plan * **How Does Our Selection Process Work?** This is the first stage of our process.
