Job Summary:
The professional will monitor and analyze incidents, manage discharge and return procedures, and set up compensation processes.
Key Highlights:
1. Monitoring and analysis of incidents in the transportation department.
2. Managing discharge and return procedures via email and the SSW system.
3. Setting up processes for compensation related to damages or lost shipments.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in the transportation sector;
* Familiarity with the SSW system is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and analyze incidents;
* Manage discharge and return procedures via e\-mail, with proficiency also in the SSW system;
* Set up compensation processes for amounts related to damages or lost shipments to customers;
* Perform other duties relevant to the position.
**Compensation:**
* **Fixed salary.**

* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
