Job Summary: Responsible for inventories, customer service, process control, inventory management, and production support, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the field and knowledge of the Protheus - TOTVS system are advantages 2. Conducting inventories and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products 3. Providing production support and tracking orders to meet delivery deadlines **Work Location:** Itu/SP **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the field is an advantage * Knowledge of the Protheus \- TOTVS system (an advantage) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inventories of all raw materials and inputs in stock; * Conduct inventories of work-in-process and finished products in production; * Serve customers and negotiate delivery deadlines when necessary; * Verify whether process instructions and control plans are properly controlled and parameterized; * Verify whether the hourly control records are being completed correctly; if not, report to leadership; * Register new products in the system. * Adjust inventory by writing off remaining balances of finished parts in the Microsiga system; * Provide support to production data entry operators, including: correcting information registration in Microsiga, answering questions, and guiding essential activity changes; * Track customer orders throughout the manufacturing process to ensure delivery deadlines are met; * Execute packaging control procedures; * Analyze physical inventory of finished parts to comply with EDI requirements, and inform production about critical parts and standardization needs; * Comply with environmental, quality, occupational safety, and information security procedures; * Assume responsibility for the PCP department in the immediate supervisor's absence. **Benefits:** * Attendance Bonus: R$ 250.00 * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * On-site meals * Breakfast * Life insurance * Childcare allowance * Commuter bus service / Transportation allowance * Pharmacy partnership * SESI partnership * Payroll-deductible loan Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
