Located in Aparecida/SP, we operate online, serving customers across Brazil, always focusing on quality, attention to every detail, and delivering products that strengthen our customers’ spirituality and faith. ***About the position...*** We are seeking an **Inventory and Shipping Assistant** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for picking, verifying, and packaging orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment, as well as supporting warehouse organization and movement control. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and committed individual, willing to perform operational tasks and eager to learn area-specific processes. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Pick products according to system orders; * Verify items before packaging to prevent shipping errors; * Package products carefully and systematically for customer delivery; * Organize and maintain physical warehouse inventory; * Receive goods and verify items against invoices; * Label and identify products in inventory; * Record incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP system; * Support periodic inventory counts and organization; * Assist with order verification and logistical support for shipping; * Perform routine inventory tasks to ensure data accuracy; * Support product and listing organization on marketplaces when required; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in inventory, shipping, or logistics operations; * Basic computer skills (system and Microsoft Office usage); * Aptitude for operational tasks; * Must reside in: Guaratinguetá, Aparecida, Potim, Roseira, or Moreira César. ***Desirable (Preferred) Qualifications:*** * Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces; * Experience with ERP systems; * Courses in logistics, inventory management, or related fields. ***Behavioral Profile:*** * Organized and detail-oriented individual; * Committed to deadlines and work quality; * Comfortable performing operational and repetitive tasks; * Willingness to learn logistics processes and ERP system usage; * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain an organized workplace.
