




Job Summary: Provide sales support, greet customers, register sales, restock products, resolve technical issues, organize the store, and assist with opening/closing. Key Highlights: 1. Creative organization and decoration of the store environment Responsibilities: * Provide support for the sale of products and services in accordance with commercial procedures and strategies; * Greet customers in-store or serve them via telephone or other interactive communication channels, analyzing their needs, demonstrating products, conveying product-related information and technical solutions, and facilitating sales closure; * Register sales in the PDV system to finalize transactions and issue fiscal receipts; * Restock products in the sales area, evaluating optimal display locations, shelf layouts, visually appealing aspects, and other actions that best position the products; * Address customers’ technical issues by directing them to the appropriate support channels for clarification of doubts and guidance on required procedures. * Support receiving products at the store, inspecting packaging conditions, verifying invoices, and arranging items in inventory; * Creatively decorate the store using internal equipment and resources, displaying them attractively and harmoniously per management guidelines; * Maintain an organized and clean store environment to ensure a pleasant experience for customers; * Assist with store opening and/or closing, following established procedures and activating security mechanisms; * Perform other related duties.
