




**Main Responsibilities** Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); Develop, review, and control procedures, policies, and work instructions; Monitor quality indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement; Conduct internal audits and support external audits; Address non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions; Support departments in process standardization; Ensure compliance with standards, legislation, and applicable requirements; Prepare management reports and present results. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; Experience and training in Good Food Handling Practices; Previous experience in Quality; Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, indicators); Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus; Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Good communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience conducting internal audits; Experience in continuous improvement and process mapping; Knowledge of management systems and indicators (KPIs). **Behavioral Competencies** Analytical and organized profile; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement; Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
