




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods; recording movements in an ERP system; and maintaining warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and communication. **Responsibilities:** Receive and inspect goods based on invoices and purchase orders; record incoming and outgoing items in the ERP system, as well as maintain updated master data; organize the warehouse according to criteria such as turnover rate, expiration dates, type, and safety; conduct periodic inventories and cycle counts to validate stock levels; prepare and fulfill requisitions; issue regular reports on inventory levels, movements, damages, and replenishment needs; identify damaged, expired, or otherwise unusable items; maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage environment and materials; support internal or external audits by providing documentation and clarifications; suggest improvements to storage processes, workflow, and warehouse layout. **Requirements:** Experience as a warehouse clerk, stock keeper, or in similar roles within the sector; proactivity, organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork; availability during Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM). **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meals provided on-site, health and dental plans (optional enrollment), partnerships and benefit agreements.
