Keep the counter well-stocked, clean, and organized **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Butcher** to serve customers, prepare and cut meats, ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cutting, deboning, and preparation of beef, pork, and poultry * Serve customers courteously and advise them on cuts and preparation * Keep the counter well-stocked, clean, and organized * Monitor product expiration dates, storage, and preservation * Follow hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices * Assist in inventory control and goods receiving **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a butcher * Knowledge of meat cuts * Agility, organization, and attention to detail * Good interpersonal skills * Flexible availability **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in supermarkets or butcher shops **Salary and Benefits:** * Competitive market salary * Transportation allowance if needed * Meal discount * Store purchase system allowing deductions from payroll * R$120.00 per month for attendance **Work Location:** Bela Terra Supermarket Indaiatuba **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Schedule:** 1:00 PM–10:20 PM with two lunch breaks; Sundays 11:00 AM–8:20 PM with two lunch breaks, one fixed day off per week and alternating Sundays off **Holidays:** 12:00 PM–8:20 PM with two lunch breaks. 100% holiday pay + R$110.00 for each worked holiday and free meal.
